Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. farina
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- boiling stock or boiling salted water
Method
- Beat ingredients together until batter is smooth.
- Let stand 1 hour.
- Drop from spoon into boiling stock.
- Cook, covered, 25 to 30 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings.
