- 1 to 2 lb. thinly sliced meat (game meat is best)
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. hickory smoke salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat and marinate 6 hours or more.
- Dry on racks in dehydrator or oven at 130° for about 5 hours.
- Check after 2 hours.
- Store in sealed container.
