Ingredients
- 1 c. self-rising corn meal
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1/4 c. onions
Method
- Mix together well; bake in a 12-inch skillet at 375° for 35 minutes.
