Ingredients
- 1 egg for each 2 to 3 slices of bread
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. of milk
- ground cinnamon to taste
- butter as you like it
- syrup or fruit for topping
Method
- Heat griddle.
- Combine eggs, milk and cinnamon in a deep dish and beat until smooth.
- After griddle is heated, open and put a little butter (or margarine) and spread around on griddle.
- Dip bread slices into batter and put on griddle.
- Cook a couple of minutes
- on each side of bread until golden brown.
- Take off griddle and add butter or margarine and syrup or fruit to your liking.
