Ingredients
- 1 c. oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, well chopped
- 2 Tbsp. brandy or 1/4 tsp. brandy extract (Cointreau, Kahlua, Grand Marnier, etc. may be substituted)
Method
- Heat cream until bubbles begin to form around edge.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate.
- Stir gently until mixture is smooth and shiny.
- Stir in brandy.
