Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 baked pie crust
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
Method
- Cream butter and sugar; melt and cool chocolate.
- Blend into butter and sugar mixture, then add vanilla.
- Add eggs, one at a time; beat for 5 minutes after each.
- Turn into pie crust shell and chill for several hours.
- Top with whipped cream, if desired. Add orange extract.
