Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • syrup
  • slices of bread
  • powdered sugar

Method

  • Take the egg and beat it until fully made into a mix.
  • Then take the 1 1/2 cups of milk and mix it with the egg in a bowl. Next, take 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla and put it in the mix.
  • Then take the bread and dunk it in the mix.
  • Next put the bread with the mix on it and put it in a frying pan.
  • Heat the bread until it is a golden brown.
  • When it has reached this idle point, flip the bread over.
  • Then, take out the bread when it is golden brown on both sides and add a touch of cinnamon and lots of powdered sugar.
  • The French toast can also be served with syrup.
