- 34 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 6 cups water
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1 cup diced peeled potato (canned works great, but make sure to drain them)
- 1 cup whole kernel corn
- 1 cup cooked drained lima beans (again, canned works great, make sure to drain)
- 12 cup sliced carrot (you guessed it, canned & drained)
- 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 12 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large soup pot.
- Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
