Ingredients

  • 34 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 12 cup chopped celery
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 1 cup diced peeled potato (canned works great, but make sure to drain them)
  • 1 cup whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup cooked drained lima beans (again, canned works great, make sure to drain)
  • 12 cup sliced carrot (you guessed it, canned & drained)
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 12 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a large soup pot.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
