Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. roast (rump or eye)
- 7 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. red wine
- 1 c. beef broth (College Inn)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cut 3 of garlic cloves into slivers and put into meat.
- Brown meat on all sides in oil and chop onion and rest of garlic. Brown onion and garlic.
