Ingredients
- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer chicken
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder with parsley
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice, garlic powder, seasoned salt and pepper.
- Wrap chicken loosely in foil.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Place chicken in ovenproof dish and bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
- Serves 4.
