Ingredients
- 1/2 head green cabbage
- 6 slices fried bacon
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Fry bacon and retain 1/2 the grease in pan.
- Cut cabbage into thin strips.
- Stir-fry in bacon grease no longer than 3 minutes. Mix with vinegar and crumbled bacon.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
