Ingredients
- 2 c. (8 oz.) small elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/8 c. grated carrots
- 1 Tbsp. pimentos
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Drain and rinse with cool water.
- Combine cooked macaroni with remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
- Chill.
