Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 34 cup rice
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- salt and pepper
Method
- brown ground beef and onion together, drain.
- add chili powder, rice and undrained can of tomatoes.
- simmer, covered until rice is cooked through.
