Ingredients
- 2 lb. carrots, sliced thin and cooked (may be chunks)
- 1 sweet onion, sliced thin
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine last 7 ingredients and beat for 3 minutes.
- Pour over carrots and onions.
- Let stand in refrigerator 24 hours.
- Keeps indefinitely.
