Ingredients

  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 10 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Method

  • Mix crumbs, sugar and melted butter well.
  • Press into springform pan, not too thick.
  • Set Aside.
  • Blend sugar, flour, salt & softened cream cheese.
  • Add milk slowly until blended.
  • Add beaten eggs, mixing just until blended.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
