Ingredients
- ½ tsp coriander seeds
- ¼ tsp black peppercorns
- ¼ tsp celery seeds
- 3 tsp fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup vegetable stock
- ¼ cup white wine
- ¼ cup leeks, chopped finely
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Method
In a mortar and pestle, grind the coriander, black pepper, celery seeds and basil leaves. Place mixture into a pot with the stock, white wine, leeks, honey and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add to the beans, stir and serve.
