Ingredients
- 3 pork steaks
- 1 chuck steak or 1 lb. stew meat
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans green chilies
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce or paste
- salt to taste
Method
- Cut meat in bite size pieces and cut off fat on meat.
- Brown in a skillet.
- Place all ingredients in a crock-pot on low all day or in a Dutch oven on top of stove.
- Cook until meat is tender.
