Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 to 2 fresh green chilies (according to taste), seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Juice 1/2 lime or lemon
Method
- Halve and pit the avocados.
- Skin the halves, cut them into small pieces and place in a bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except the lime juice, and mix together lightly, so that the mixture is slightly chunky.
- Squeeze the lime or lemon juice over the top and serve.
