Ingredients
- 4 to 5 whole breasts (8 to 10 pieces, skinless)
- 4 to 5 slices Swiss cheese (about 4 x 6-inches, low-fat)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 to 1 c. dry white wine or beer (alcohol cooks out!)
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing (dry)
- 1/2 c. melted butter (optional)
- lemon pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
