Ingredients
- 1/2 c. fresh tarragon or 1/4 c. dried
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Method
- Blend well and serve over mixed greens.
- Yields 1 pint.
