Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 tsp. crushed oregano or basil
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Method
- Thinly slice potatoes and onion.
- Put half of the potatoes and half of the onion.
- Sprinkle with half of the seasoning.
- Drizzle with half of the butter.
- Repeat the steps in a casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake on 425° for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for 10 to 20 minutes more or until the potatoes are tender.
