Ingredients
- 1 Boston Butt roast (7 lbs.)
- 1 onion, quartered
- 7 garlic cloves, inserted into roast
- 3 bay leaves
Method
- Cook in crock pot on low for 8 hours or high 4 hours. Debone and shred, remove bay leaves. Add 1 to 2 bottles Hickory Smoke BBQ sauce. Extra can be frozen.
