Ingredients
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 large tomato
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/4 bell pepper
- 1 3/4 jalapeno
- 1/2 large onion
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- garlic salt or powder to taste
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
Method
- In blender or food processor, chop vegetables.
- Add juice from the tomatoes, then add canned tomatoes.
- Add spices and refrigerate.
