Ingredients
- 1 filet Salted salmon
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 pinch Dashi stock granules
- 1 *saltiness can be adjusted* Unsalted raw salmon, alternatively
Method
- Sprinkle the salmon with sake and cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave for 3 to 5 minutes until cooked through while keeping an eye on it.
- Check if it's cooked through while removing the skin and bones.
- If you make a small amount, simply transfer the salmon meat and dashi stock granules into a mixing bowl, and crush into small pieces with a whisk.
- When a big amount, use a food processor to flake, pulsing for 1 second increments while keeping an eye on it.
- Spoon onto rice.

- I would also recommend eating it as is without flaking, as it is fluffy and delicious.
