Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp. dried whole tarragon, crushed
- dash of pepper
Method
- Cook broccoli according to package directions in a large saucepan; drain well. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated.
- Yields 1 quart.
