Ingredients
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 Tbsp. onion juice or 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. slivered toasted almonds
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, diced
- 1 small pkg. potato chips, crushed
Method
- Mix all ingredients except potato chips and blend well.
- Pour into 2-quart casserole dish and top with crushed potato chips. Bake 30 minutes at 325°.
- Serve hot.
