Ingredients

  • 1 can (6 oz.) tuna in oil, drained and flaked
  • 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 3 tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
  • 3 tbsp. chopped ripe olives
  • 3 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • salad dressing
  • 6 sandwich buns, split

Method

  • Combine tuna, cheese, eggs, green pepper, pick, olives, onion and mayonnaise; spread about 1/3 cup onto each bun.
  • Wrap each sandwich in waxed paper; microwave on high for 30-45 seconds (per sandwich) or until the cheese melts.
