Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 13 cup hot water
- 12 cup tahini (sesame butter)
- 13 cup good olive oil
- 23 lemon, juice of
- 4 fresh garlic cloves (I like a lot and use much more so as much as you want)
- 12 teaspoon salt (add more to taste)
- 12 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons cumin
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
