- 2 lb. meat chunks, in 1-inch cubes
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. water
Method
- Brown meat in large saucepan.
- Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 6 to 8 people.
