Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 3 small bunches green onion
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 3 green chilies
- 1 large can whole tomatoes
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 3 to 4 medium fresh tomatoes
- 10 oz. water
Method
- With food processor or by hand, chop fine (do not blend) the cilantro, green onions, jalapeno peppers and green chilies.
- Mix in bowl.
- Slice the tomatoes; add to mix.
- Mix tomato sauce and water; add to mixture.
- Cut up fresh tomatoes into desired chunks; stir into mixture.
- Will keep up to 7 days under refrigeration.
