Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 3 small bunches green onion
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 3 green chilies
  • 1 large can whole tomatoes
  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 3 to 4 medium fresh tomatoes
  • 10 oz. water

Method

  • With food processor or by hand, chop fine (do not blend) the cilantro, green onions, jalapeno peppers and green chilies.
  • Mix in bowl.
  • Slice the tomatoes; add to mix.
  • Mix tomato sauce and water; add to mixture.
  • Cut up fresh tomatoes into desired chunks; stir into mixture.
  • Will keep up to 7 days under refrigeration.
