Ingredients
- 3 1/3 cups dashi soup stock
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 eggs
- 12 - 16 boiled string beans
- 2 shiitake mushrooms
Method
- Thinly slice shiitake mushrooms. Heat dashi soup stock in a pan. Add shiitake slices, soy sauce and salt in the soup and bring to a boil. Lightly beat eggs in a bowl. Pour the eggs into the soup slowly. Stop the heat and add boiled string beans in the soup.
