Ingredients
- 3 cup elbow shaped pasta
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 3 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup spring onions
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 pinch pizza seasoning
- 1 salt n pepper
Method
- Bring a large pot of water to boil, add elbow shaped pasta and cook for 8 minutes or according to package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, saute onions and crushed garlic.
- Add chopped tomatoes.
- Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and stir.
- Stir in pizza seasoning.
- Add capsicum, spring onions and mushrooms.
- Add salt and pepper according to taste.
- Add cream cheese and stir to combine until smooth.
- leave on low flame for 3 minutes and serve hot with garlic bread.
