Ingredients

  • 3 cup elbow shaped pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup spring onions
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 pinch pizza seasoning
  • 1 salt n pepper

Method

  • Bring a large pot of water to boil, add elbow shaped pasta and cook for 8 minutes or according to package instructions.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, saute onions and crushed garlic.
  • Add chopped tomatoes.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and stir.
  • Stir in pizza seasoning.
  • Add capsicum, spring onions and mushrooms.
  • Add salt and pepper according to taste.
  • Add cream cheese and stir to combine until smooth.
  • leave on low flame for 3 minutes and serve hot with garlic bread.
