Ingredients
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 lb. lite brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 2 Tbsp. butter (room temperature)
Method
- Mix well the whipping cream and brown sugar; cook in microwave for 14 to 16 minutes.
- Add pecans and butter.
- Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper.
- Let cool.
