Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) pkg. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 (2.8 oz.) Durkee fried onions

Method

  • Prepare veggies per directions on package.
  • In a separate bowl, mix soup, sour cream and 1/2 of the Swiss cheese.
  • Add pepper; mix well.
  • Add drained, cooked veggies.
  • Mix again.
  • Pour in baking dish.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Top with remaining cheese and garnish with onions.
  • Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
