Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) pkg. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (2.8 oz.) Durkee fried onions
Method
- Prepare veggies per directions on package.
- In a separate bowl, mix soup, sour cream and 1/2 of the Swiss cheese.
- Add pepper; mix well.
- Add drained, cooked veggies.
- Mix again.
- Pour in baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Top with remaining cheese and garnish with onions.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
