Ingredients
- 2 c. fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- garlic to taste
- pepper to taste
- pasta of your choice
Method
- Blend first 5 ingredients in blender.
- Mix on hot cooked pasta of your choice.
- Gnocchi and cheese tortellini work well, as does fresh peppered cheese ravioli.
- Serve with green and red salad and a crusty Italian semolina bread, for a complete meal.
