Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb. nonfat Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 lb. nonfat Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • tomato sauce (low or no salt)

Method

  • Cook lasagna.
  • Mix remaining ingredients.
  • Fill center of each noodle and roll up.
  • Spray baking dish with Pam.
  • Place rolls (seam down) in dish.
  • Cover with sauce and bake for 20 minutes at 325°, covered.
  • Remove cover and bake an additional five minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese (extra) and broil for 1 minute. Makes 6 servings.
