Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen lima beans
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- Ritz crackers, crushed
Method
- Cook lima beans until tender. Drain. Stir in soup, margarine and onion. Put in casserole dish. Top with cheese, then crackers. Cook at 350° for 40 minutes.
