Ingredients
- 14 cup carrot, diced
- 14 cup onion, diced
- 14 cup celery, diced
- 12 cup mushroom, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon white wine
Method
- Saute the carrot, onion, celery, garlic and mushrooms in the oil over medium heat until soft.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, until pink and opaque.
- Don't over cook.
- Add the sesame seeds, soy sauce, and the white wine.
- Stir to combine, then serve.
