Ingredients

  • 14 cup carrot, diced
  • 14 cup onion, diced
  • 14 cup celery, diced
  • 12 cup mushroom, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white wine

Method

  • Saute the carrot, onion, celery, garlic and mushrooms in the oil over medium heat until soft.
  • Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, until pink and opaque.
  • Don't over cook.
  • Add the sesame seeds, soy sauce, and the white wine.
  • Stir to combine, then serve.
