- 1 lb. macaroni, cooked
- 1 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- 4 shredded carrots
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 10 oz. pkg. uncooked petits peas
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 4 tsp. pepper
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. mayo
- 1 c. cider vinegar
Method
- Blend together milk, salt, pepper, egg, mayo and vinegar. Pour over remaining ingredients except peas.
- Add peas just before serving.
- Make several hours before eating or day ahead.
