Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. sherry
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 tbsp. Bar-B-Q sauce

Method

  • 1 clove garlic (chopped) 1 bunch green onions in 1/2 inch pcs 2 lg.
  • carrots (cut in slivers) 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
  • Marinate flank steak for 1 hour.
  • Drain, reserve marinade.
  • Stir fry in oil flank steak, garlic and green onions.
  • Pre-steam carrots slightly.
  • Carrots should still be slightly crisp.
  • Add in mushrooms, carrots and remaining marinade to meat.
  • Serve on rice.
