Ingredients
- 5 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 1/2 quarts water
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise, Best Foods
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
- Steam Cauliflower and garlic for 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
- Blend or food process cauliflower, garlic, mayo and salt until creamy.
- Garnish with pepper.
