Ingredients
- 1 round Hye Roller soft cracker bread
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 4 oz. hummus
- 2 oz. fresh spinach leaves
- 2 oz. calamata olives
- 2 oz. sliced, marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 oz. roasted red bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 2 oz. crumbled feta cheese
Method
- Cover entire round of bread with cream cheese.
- Spread hummus over 3/4 of the cream cheese, leaving about 4 inches at one end with cream cheese only.
- Cover hummus with fresh spinach leaves. Continue to layer ingredients and roll bread into jelly roll. Chill for one hour.
- Cut roll on bias and serve.
- This should be served the same day it is made.
