Ingredients

  • 1 round Hye Roller soft cracker bread
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 oz. hummus
  • 2 oz. fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 oz. calamata olives
  • 2 oz. sliced, marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 oz. roasted red bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 2 oz. crumbled feta cheese

Method

  • Cover entire round of bread with cream cheese.
  • Spread hummus over 3/4 of the cream cheese, leaving about 4 inches at one end with cream cheese only.
  • Cover hummus with fresh spinach leaves. Continue to layer ingredients and roll bread into jelly roll. Chill for one hour.
  • Cut roll on bias and serve.
  • This should be served the same day it is made.
