Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 small box corn bread

Method

  • Brown meat with onion and celery, drain.
  • Add seasonings, corn, beans, olives, soup and cheese. Mix well.
  • Mix corn bread topping according to package directions.
  • Pour over casserole and bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until topping is brown.
