- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
- 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 small box corn bread
Method
- Brown meat with onion and celery, drain.
- Add seasonings, corn, beans, olives, soup and cheese. Mix well.
- Mix corn bread topping according to package directions.
- Pour over casserole and bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until topping is brown.
