Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. pecans or walnuts
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. Angel Flake coconut

Method

  • In
  • large
  • bowl
  • using
  • an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
  • Add milk,
  • crushed
  • vanilla
  • wafers, nuts and coconut. Mix
  • well. Pour
  • into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. This is a great snack cake that doesn't need frosting.
