Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. pecans or walnuts
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. Angel Flake coconut
Method
- In
- large
- bowl
- using
- an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
- Add milk,
- crushed
- vanilla
- wafers, nuts and coconut. Mix
- well. Pour
- into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. This is a great snack cake that doesn't need frosting.
