Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
- 1 c. (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
Method
- Combine sugar, water and coffee in saucepan.
- Bring to boil. Boil for 3 minutes.
- Place chocolate chips in blender and add sugar syrup.
- Blend for 6 seconds.
- Add eggs and blend for 1 minute.
- Remove from blender and fold mixture into whipped cream. Pour in serving bowls and refrigerate.
- Makes 6 servings.
