Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
  • 1 c. (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. heavy cream

Method

  • Combine sugar, water and coffee in saucepan.
  • Bring to boil. Boil for 3 minutes.
  • Place chocolate chips in blender and add sugar syrup.
  • Blend for 6 seconds.
  • Add eggs and blend for 1 minute.
  • Remove from blender and fold mixture into whipped cream. Pour in serving bowls and refrigerate.
  • Makes 6 servings.
