Ingredients
- 9 to 12 lasagne noodles
- 4 c. cooked, mashed potatoes
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 sticks margarine, melted
Method
- Cook noodles as directed on package.
- Saute onions in margarine until tender.
- Add grated cheese to hot mashed potatoes until cheese melts.
- Mix thoroughly.
