- 2 whole boned chicken breasts
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 can chow mein vegetables
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. pimiento
- 1/4 c. green pepper
Method
- Slice chicken 1/4 thick and
- cut into 1 inch pieces.
- Sprinkle with soy sauce, white pepper and 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
- Mix together chicken broth, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 2 tablespoons cornstarch and set aside.
