Ingredients
- 8 cups Moscato d'Asti
- 2 cups orange sherbert
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 8 sprigs mint
- 2 clementines
Method
- In a large pitcher, combine Moscato d'Asti and orange sherbert.
- Spoon mixture into 8 separate glasses.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of whipped cream over the top of the mixture.
- Garnish with mint leaves and a clementine slice.
