Ingredients
- 1 (2 to 3 lb.) round steak
- 4 c. water
- 1 medium onion, chopped up
- 2 c. mushrooms (more if desired)
- 2 pkg. (0.87 oz.) Food Club mushroom gravy
- milk
- flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 3 tsp. Nature's seasoning salt
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 tsp. oregano
Method
- Combine steak, water, 1 package Food Club mushroom gravy mix, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, and 2 teaspoons Nature's seasoning into large covered skillet (12 inches).
- Cook about 2 hours.
- Add water if needed.
