Ingredients
- 2 pounds Beef Stew Meat
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cups Japanese Sake (dry White Wine)
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 pounds Baby Carrot
- 3 whole Potatoes, Peeled And Chopped
- 1 whole White Onion, Diced
- 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Sliced Mushrooms, Drained
Method
- Put all (except mushrooms) into a crock pot and cook on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. About 2 hours before the stew is done, add the mushrooms and continue to cook. Stir before serving.
