Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cups Japanese Sake (dry White Wine)
  • 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 pounds Baby Carrot
  • 3 whole Potatoes, Peeled And Chopped
  • 1 whole White Onion, Diced
  • 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Sliced Mushrooms, Drained

Method

  • Put all (except mushrooms) into a crock pot and cook on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. About 2 hours before the stew is done, add the mushrooms and continue to cook. Stir before serving.
